Start Your Day with the WCP 2026 Fun Run

Join fellow WCP 2026 participants for an energising morning run through one of Stockholm’s most beautiful areas. The WCP 2026 Fun Run offers the perfect opportunity to stay active, connect with colleagues, and experience the city in a unique way before the congress day begins.
The run will start from Downtown Camper by Scandic Hotel, taking participants through a scenic 7 km loop in Djurgården, one of Stockholm’s most iconic green spaces.
Whether you are an experienced runner or simply looking to enjoy a relaxed morning activity with colleagues, everyone is welcome. Three pace groups will be available, allowing participants to choose the running speed that suits them best.
The event is FREE of charge but, to help with planning, participants are kindly asked to register their interest in advance.

- 06:45 – Meet at Runner’s Corner
(Participants can try test shoes from Saucony) - 07:00 – Fun Run starts
🏃 Distance: 7 km
🌳 Route: A scenic 7 km loop through Djurgården
Choose Your Pace
Participants can join one of three running groups:
- 4:30 min/km – Faster pace group
- 5:00 min/km – Moderate pace group
- 5:30 min/km – Relaxed pace group
With different pace options available, the Fun Run is designed to be accessible for runners of different experience levels.
Who Can Join?
The Fun Run free of charge and is open to all registered WCP 2026 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
To help with planning, participants are kindly asked to register their interest in advance.
Guests staying at Downtown Camper by Scandic Hotel will have the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s standard breakfast after the run.
